You just will not face the same situations in a play money game. Even if you did, it would not matter to you because you have nothing to lose or gain. The only way to truly get better at poker is to play real games in real situations as much as possible.
The more hours that you play the better you will get. Poker takes a lot of experience to get great at the game, but experience at a play money game is just that; experience at a play money game.
